DESCRIPTION
This exceptional resort-style vacation rental was purpose-built to take advantage of the amazing bayfront location. Enjoy spacious patios and decks, a built-in gas BBQ grill, outdoor dining, a grass lawn, and the sandy beach just beyond the gated yard.
You can rest assured knowing that you’ll have everything you need at your fingertips. The fully stocked, gourmet kitchen with polished granite countertops is equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and cookware.
The open-concept living area boasts an indoor/outdoor fireplace, a large flat-screen TV and a sectional sofa and seating. Huge floor-to-ceiling glass doors provide unobstructed bay views, and a dramatic spiral staircase takes you to the bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd levels. The bedrooms include superior bedding and linens, and every bedroom is equipped with an en suite bathroom.
The remarkable primary suite is located on the second level and is a retreat unto itself. The suite features beach and bay views, a flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan and a spacious spa-like bathroom with a jetted tub, a walk-in shower with 6 shower heads, dual-sink vanity and a walk-in closet. There is another large suite on the top level that features a queen bed with lie-down water views and a bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. Open the sliding doors and step out to the rooftop deck with outdoor lounge seating and stunning panoramic views of San Diego’s Sail Bay and beyond.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TVs in the living and all bedrooms, ceiling fans, ready-made beds, one beach towel and bath towel set per guest, a starter kit of paper towels and kitchen and bath soaps. Laundry soap and a shared laundry facility are provided for your convenience

Terrific property. We had a large family gathering but many couldn't come in Sat to Sat which is necessary during peak seasons. So, they came Thurs to Tues and so forth. Terrific part is that we could book the overflow at the Catamaran which is just steps aways and essentially enjoy that property as well since we had many rooms there.
Property in great shape. Two issues. It's not a two car garage. Certainly if one puts a Lexus 570 or bigger SUV in. Maybe two small cars might get wedged in, but that's it. Again, we used the Catamaran for parking of excess vehicles by putting them on a family member(s) room. Second, one towel and one bedsheet per person was not generous, especially for a longer stay--we are there two weeks.

This is a fantastic property in a great location! The Mission Bay location was great and safe for kids with a very quick walk to the ocean with lots of things to do. We will definitely be back!
