Very clean and nicely upgraded place. Each floor had its own privacy which included bathroom, shower, and coffee. Definitely the best VRBO myself and my family has ever stayed. The owner was very welcoming and communicated in such a professional and friendly way. The top floor balcony views are amazing, I would stay here again.

The White House is our favorite place to stay in Pacific Beach. Its three floors and outdoor eating serves our three generation family vacation perfectly! We take advantage of the beach and the bay, plus the coffee and ice cream shops! The location is fabulous and the contact person is most attentive and helpful with questions. This was our third year at this property and we hope to return again next summer.

What a great place. The house has an amazing location, and is one Of the most well stocked vacation homes I’ve ever rented. Everything was in like-new condition. Highly recommended.

We have been coming to Mission for 20 years and have stayed in many of the rentals in the area. This rental looks great and I was expecting it to be awesome. It fell short in a few areas. The kitchen while nice and large had all kinds of junk in the cabinets. Glasses everywhere, tons of other peoples straws, plates and condiments that who knows how long they have been there. It would be nice for cleaning crew to put things in order and throw out other peoples left over items for the next guests. The toaster was so caked with grease and crumbs we did not want to use it. They have an ant problem so if you leave anything on the counters they will have ants in them. I did see ant spray and traps in the house. We also found two roaches during our stay.
The house did not seem cleaned well. I know these homes get beat up and it is hard to stay on top of some things but for the price it should be cleaned much better. No access to the garage from the inside of the house is a bit strange.
The pros are lots of towels and soaps, paper towels and toilet paper. The location is great and close to the beach and bay. Outside patio was nice and had lots of seating. Great communication for check in.
