About this villa rental
The villa was constructed in 2011 to accommodade the owners, and special care was given to the design, the construction and the interior decoration.
The distance to the sea for swimming is 200 meters away from the villa.
All the furnitures have been selected by designers to match with the taste and personality of the owners.
A class villa for those who wish to hear only the 'sound of silence' day or night.The landscape, full of diversity,sea and mountain views, with the option to visit bussy places of cultural interest like Delphi, Meteora and lots of museums in the city of Athens.The Acropolis and Parthenon in Athens built 2.500 years ago,can be reached within 90minutes drive.
The total plot is 1.050sq meters.The overfloating pool is 60sq meters built with the latest technology with jacuzzi.
The ground floor of the villa of 126sq meters consists of the living room,the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities.On the same level, a short corridor is leading to the bathroom with the jacuzzi and a double air-conditiond bedroom with its own entrance, in addition to the access from the main entrance of the house.On the other side of the ground floor, we enter the mezzasine area with its own bathroom,living room and a woodern staircase leading upstairs to a double air conditioned bedroom with direct view to the sea and the swimming pool. The messazine area (two floors) can accommodate up to six adults or children, leaving the other three double bedrooms with their own bathrooms for the use of the couples. All the living areas of the house, including bedrooms & living room are facing the sea. The mezzasine area,in addition to the access from the main entrance of the villa,has its own entrance too.
The upper floor of the villa, 80sq met, is connected with a stone built staircase,leading to two air conditioned en suite bedrooms, each one with individual verandas overlooking to the east the gulf of the fishing village of Theologos and to the west side the Aegean sea.
The house is built on the side of the hill of Theologos,having a terrific 'fish eye view'.The parking space by the main road and the ground floor veranda of the house, have a difference of 9meters in hight, connected with a stoned stairecase.However,the guests can make use of the elevator which has been fitted,to reduce the walking distance to the entrance of the house.
The total number of double air conditioned bedrooms is five. The mezzasine area can accommodate max 6 persons, 3 on the ground floor & 3 on the upper bedroom of the area. The other 3 bedrooms are double with ensuite bathrooms.
The floors of the villa, inhouse and outhouse are covered by stone and the ceilings of the bedrooms and the kitchen covered with vanilla painted wood.
Outside the house an ample BBQ area and a big wooden table with dining chairs is able to accommodate 8-12guests.
The closest local taverna is located appox 3km from the house, where one can be served fresh fish or meet and/or greek delicacies.
Two big outside umbrellas and 8 sunbeds are provided also.

House is just as pictured, AC's in every room, amazing view of the bay, pool was perfect. Restaurants along the bay was easily accessible with a grocery store.Cons: Elevator was broken and house is 2 flights up from the parking. There's no microwave, there's no shower doors to block the water, so bathroom floor was always wet on the first floor. It's a 20min drive to the highway

A beautiful villa with working facilities and a cozy yard. A short distance of 200 m to the small, almost lonely sandy beaches of the Mediterranean. Just good for me and my family.

We loved the house!
Thanos, Nick and their assistant John were very helpful, giving us suggestions and information.
We were 7 adults and 2 kids and fit perfectly in the house. My wife, I, and our 2 kids had our own little section of the house with the kids on the bunk-beds.
There are many small, quiet, beautiful beaches in the area, free from tourists.
We spent every 2nd day at the beach and the other day seeing the sights, which worked out very nicely.
Each day was started and ended with the wonderful view sitting on the terrace with peace and quiet.
We would all love to come back again and would definitely recommend staying at the house.

I think “Luxury in Theologos” is over stating the case. The view from the villa is awesome - second to none. We enjoyed cooking outdoors and using the grill. Our focus was not really on the villa. We had some great family time together - that was our focus. The villa, however, is starting to look very tired. Broken showers, little to no hot water, badly maintained swimming pool (unusable last 3 days), worn out and shabby fixtures and fittings. The plumbing is sub par and smells. Wild dogs wonder freely around the property day and night. The area is quiet as advertised but the local beaches and restaurants are below par and make it hard to justify the price charged for the villa. It’s not 5 stars more like two or three stars.
