Difficult to know where to start. It is in a beautiful little spot right on a lovely quiet little beach. The villa has everything you could need including a generous welcome pack. All little details were thought of. Georgia, the host, was friendly and helpful. The lake and an ancient temple with a beautiful swimming spot are a short drive away. We had four days here but would have loved to stay for longer.

Φοβερή τοποθεσία, και το σπίτι πολύ άνετο. Ήμασταν 4 ζευγάρια με 2 παιδάκια και πραγματικά ήταν πολύ βολικό για όλους μας.
Kids friendly σίγουρα.
Αξεπέραστο το γεγονός ότι η παραλία είναι όντως ιδιωτική και στα 2 βήματα από την αυλή του σπιτιού.
Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία!

The house and the location are excellent. For that 10 points. The handover also worked well.
Of the 4 bedrooms, the one with a private bathroom was unusable during our stay due to the musty smell. (...and I'm usually straightforward about things like this.)
It got complicated with the check-out. During our stay, a decorative glass plate on the kitchen table cracked after we put a hot pot with a coaster on it. Unfortunately, we had not informed the owner. It just went down. Sorry! After the owner demanded a price of 170 euros for it, and I demanded a proof, for example in the form of an invoice, because it seemed disproportionate to me, it quickly became unfriendly. She would have watched us through the outside cameras and noticed irregularities in the use of the house. When asked, these irregulations were not specified. We were also accused of not having communicated the exact check-out time. That's true, and we had to leave the airport relatively early at around 7 a.m. On the other hand, the owner had only contacted us about the check-out at 11:30 p.m. the day before. Based on my uncomplicated experiences from previous bookings, I assumed that the key would be laid. My mistake! But also presumptuous to transfer full responsibility for the check-out to the customer from the owner. In addition, she had my contact details for the entire stay in order to also report the irregularities that she had identified through the observation by the camera. She is now threatening me with legal action to have the glass plate reimbursed, although I have made it clear that I am willing to pay for the damage. On presentation of proof of the amount of the damage.
