Luxurious home at the beach of Loutraki
Luxurious, furnished home, located on the shore of Loutraki, famous Greek resort, 200 meters from the Casino. A two-story house, with garden, roof garden and three large verandas with a beautiful view of the sea, the sunset and the mountains across the sea.
It consists of a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen adjacent to a breakfast room, a spacius and a friendly to use barbeque, four sleeping rooms, which mattresses are anatomic and four baths. It has three fire places, inside elevator, alarm system, autonomous central heating and air condition, central lock of window blinds, sun water heater, six television sets ( four of them are smart tvs) , washing machine, DVD - CD players and private parking space.
Convenient for easy transportation on foot or bicycle. In front of the house there is a pedestrian road that starts from the Casino of Loutraki and continues through to the center of the town of Loutraki (500 meters), among many cafes and restaurants and the famous spa.

Loutraki is delightful. Very close to Athens so a short car ride. This house is located directly across the street from the beach. The house is amazing. Very modern and clean. Lots of wonderful natural light. Short walks to lots of nice restaurants, and a slightly longer walk to the bustling beachfront area of the town. The house has everything you need. And the host is delightful and welcoming. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay on the beach near Athens.

This is a dream home it had all you may need and so much more. We enjoyed our stay in this fantastic home lots of space for big family. Nick and Deni are super helpful and nice even helped with recommending what to see and best options. Great stay in every aspect, Thank you!

We were six adults staying here for five nights. We all agree it’s the best European (or US) property we’ve ever rented. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. The property matched the description, but exceeded our expectations. We did some day trips, but mostly stuck around to swim from the beach, relax and enjoy good meals. Very secure and the sunsets were amazing. Lots of places to sit which was nice. Thank-you, Sue

Could not be more pleased with our stay in Loutraki. I’ve stayed in dozens of vacation rentals and this one has to be my favorite. Gorgeous outdoor seating areas and absolutely fabulous windows showcase the best sunsets in Greece. This is a gem.
