We had a fantastic stay at Villa Kala in Loutraki. The villa was very clean, modern, and well-equipped. As the weather was colder the sauna and jacuzzi spa were incredibly relaxing, and the pool was amazing to cool off in afterward. The host was friendly and responsive throughout. The location is great, very close to the beach and the casino but still private and quiet. The neighbour has 2 friendly little dogs, we kept the garden gate closed as instructed so they didn't enter the garden but we wouldn't have minded. I would definitely recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious stay in Loutraki. We can’t wait to return!

Huis was wel zoals op de foto's. Binnen netjes met groot kookeiland. Zwembad niet al te groot, maar prima. Prima restaurants, ook betaalbaar. Eigenaar huis was vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar. Airco was fijn en er was zelfs een wijnkast. Slaapkamers waren op zich prima, niet gehorig. Tafeltennistafel was super!
Honden van de buurman die steeds de tuin in kwamen en ook meerdere keren in de tuin poepten. Hek zou gemaakt worden, maar dat heeft niet geholpen. Want ze bleven komen.
Eerste paar dagen lawaai van bouwwerkzaamheden van huis ernaast. Mensen van de bouw keken ook zo de tuin van de villa in, niet echt privacy.
Villa was nog niet helemaal af. niet alle gaten op het terras waren bijvoorbeeld afgedekt, best link. Houder douche was stuk, dus die kon niet worden opgehangen. En een extra badmat zou geen overbodige luxe zijn, want water loopt uit de douche de badkamer verder in.
Licht van zwembad zou halverwege de week gemaakt worden, kwamen drie mannen. Maar licht heeft nooit gewerkt. Miste ook een waterschep om insecten uit zwembad te kunnen halen.
Vind Loutraki zelf niet echt een aanrader qua sfeer, maar dat is persoonlijk.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und stylisch, sowie Innen wie auch Aussen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr einfach.
