Property matched the listing. Sailmaker is an older complex but this unit was well maintained. Owner proactive in addressing needed improvements.

The overall condition of the property was less than what I had expected. There is a rusted-out table on the balcony that should have been disposed of and replaced a while ago. The carpets need cleaning. The master bath needs deep-cleaning, or better yet, a renovation. The chairs in the family room are too large for the space, and along with the large coffee table, make it seem cramped. Two of the four beach chairs in the unit were broken.
