About this house rental
Enjoy the sunrises from your own private balcony! This unit has beautiful ocean views! Take a stroll along the beach or a relaxing dip in the beautiful pool area. This unit is fully renovated and sure to fit your families needs. The floor plan combines the living and dining room with open space to the kitchen, which is the perfect layout for everyone to be together. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with appliances and cookware. Just behind the kitchen houses the washer and dryer. There is a half bath on this level for easy access. This unit has cable TV and internet. Upstairs in the master bedroom there is a King bed and an in-suite bathroom. Second bedroom also has private access to the bathroom.

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The location was unbeatable - just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views from the balcony. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe that made us feel instantly relaxed. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. We especially loved waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying sunsets right from the living room. Highly recommend for a peaceful and scenic getaway!The property manager, Marci, was extremely helpful and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

We loved our stay on Amelia Island. The condo was well located and private. Beaches were less crowded near the condo as well. Everything in the unit worked perfectly and looked like the photos.
