*****NOTICE: The Summer Beach Club anticipates renovation work beginning in early September 2026. Specific dates and potential amenity closures have not yet been confirmed. Guests who purchase the optional Beach Club add-on and are unable to access the amenities during their stay will receive a refund of the $150 Beach Club fee (only if the additional fee was purchased). The regular complex pool will remain open and available for guest use.

As you enter you will notice the main level bedroom featuring two twin beds, plantation shutters and 60 inch flat screen smart TV. Just across the foyer is a gorgeously redone full bath with a combination bathtub/shower, a beautiful vanity with vessel sink, and stunning grasscloth wallpaper.
There is ample seating in the tiled living room which features a stylishly slipcovered sofa, loveseat and two matching swivel chairs all centered around a 60 inch flat screen smart TV. This beautifully decorated living space overlooks the Sailmaker pool and has a gorgeous peekaboo ocean view from the living space and balcony! The fully stocked and recently renovated kitchen is adjacent to the living room. This luxury kitchen features blonde maple cabinets and stainless appliances complimenting the dark granite countertops. The dining table seats four and there is room for three more at the bar area. Sliding glass doors and large windows allow for full Florida sunshine on this level!
Stepping through the sliding glass doors you'll find a private balcony which overlooks the community pool. There is a glass topped table with four chairs as well as two Adirondack chairs. Dine al Fresca or sip your morning coffee on this beautiful balcony overlooking the magnificent oaks!
Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with its king sized bed and full en suite bathroom both with peekaboo ocean views! A quick 2.5 minute walk will take you directly to the water's edge and sandy beaches of the gorgeous Florida coastline. This condo was absolutely perfect for our vacation! We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and the refreshing pool. The condo was very clean and exactly like the listing. The management company was more than great with their communication. We did some exploring and there was so much to do we couldn’t go it all in 5 days! We will definitely be back!

Everything in the pics for this property was exactly what it was when we walked end. Close walk to the beach. We love this side of Amelia Is with easy access to great restaurant's, golf, the Ritz and Omni, and close to the historic downtown area and harbor. Coming back next year
