Unit was clean, patio could use some TLC. The overhead light in the kitchen was extremely dim, the toaster handle does not stay down. The downstairs bathroom toilet doesn't fill unless you push the float down. The upstairs fan is missing a paddle (I informed management upon arrival).

We had a wonderful stay! The place was perfect for us, our teenage son, and our teenage daughter plus her best friend. All the beds were comfortable, the place was extremely clean, and decorated very cute. We enjoyed mornings on the patio with our coffee that overlooks the pool. Easy walk to the beach. We had never been to Amelia Island before and it was lovely! The downtown is so quaint and we went there every evening for dinner. Some favorites were: Arte, Salty Pelican, Mezcal, and the Boathouse. Wanted to go to The Patio but very long wait! We can't wait to return! Also, great shopping downtown, too!

The unit was very clean. Appliances, furniture, etc in good working condition. Appreciate plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets, dish soap etc.
I did want to mention we found a large spider climbing on the living room chair. Not an expert but when we looked it up online it may have been a brown recluse spider. May need a special exterminator. Saw no other bugs.
Unit does need a tea pitcher.
