About this villa rental
Typically Portuguese villa, totally isolated from other houses, where tradition and modern comfort are in perfect harmony.
Excellent for Holidays, Weekends and Events.

Space description:
The villa consists of 1 ground floor (ground floor) and a 1st floor.
The ground floor consists of a large Portuguese lounge with a bar, 3 comfortable sofas by the fireplace, dining table and tables for reading and games; 3 double bedrooms (2 of which are en suite with a full bathroom and baby bed); 1 service bathroom (total 3 bathrooms); 1 fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine and crockery, fridge, microwave, oven, electric hob, etc, etc; pantry with freezer; 1 entrance hall with wardrobe for suitcases.
On the 1st floor there is a living room, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom. One of the bedrooms is family friendly, in addition to the double bed there are 2 bunk beds
In the splendid 1500m2 garden with total privacy, there is a lounge with a barbecue, equipped with the 'Sunflex' glass system (the supple glass doors open and close completely, without gutters on the floor), completely furnished and equipped to meals outside.
In the lounge you will find a special fridge for drinks and desserts (with a glass door), garden table and chairs for 16 people and sun loungers. Large garden sofa for socializing.
For children, inside the Villa, they have all the necessary accessories, from bed to chair for baby meals, comfortable changing mat, various toys, games and books.
Also in the garden there is a playground complete with a swing, a slide with a wooden house on top, a climbing wall and several spring swings.
Beneath the pines are round benches to relax listening to a story or simply reading or talking.
Finally, everything you need for a Happy Family Vacation
and absolute rest, without the noise of neighbors.

Upstairs is great for children, adult bedrooms downstairs were beautiful, pool was fantastic and so was the bar, outside area was great with plenty of space for 12 of us.
Maria and Elisabete were so welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

We booked the house primarily for two reasons: the outdoor area and the 6-room capacity for our large mixed-age group. Unfortunately, in summer, the house is a 5-bedroom, as one windowless bedroom is locked, and the 2 upstairs bedrooms get oppressively hot.The outdoor areas were great and the host tried to fix the many issues we had during our stay, but fundamentally, the house, beds, furniture, tableware and appliances are old and all areas are cluttered with some cupboards full of personal effects.We had several issues, including a repeatedly flooding toilet, mild electric shocks from the built-in fryer, a non-functioning washing machine (which was replaced), kitchen and bar fridges unable to stay cool, taps coming off, slow wifi with poor coverage, daily bird excrement due to nests in the eaves and unvacuumed bedframes with a suspected bed-bug skeleton.Given the issues we had and, more importantly, the lack of the advertised sixth bedroom, I requested a discount. In response, I received a very personal criticism that we broke items and spent too much time at the house rather than the beach, which resulted in increased electricity and pool chemical bills. Not what I expected given the friendly welcome we had and the 1000 per night price tag.
