Stylish and characteristic apartment with sea view located in the historic centre of Monopoli, in Apulia. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a historic building which has maintained its charming and beauty.
The apartment has a cozy veranda overlooking both the sea and the historic centre. The veranda is decorated with stylish furniture. It has recently refurbished and furnished. It is 100 square meters in size on the same floor and has free wi-fi access.
The apartment consists of a large living/dining room with air conditioning and a comfortable double sofa bed, a pretty double bedroom and bathroom ensuite equipped with a bath tub, a twin/double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and a large and nice veranda with a breathtaking sea view.
The property is a quiet place to stay as it is situated just 100 metres from restaurants and local amenities of the old town of Monopoli. It is only 200 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches of the historic centre which are ideal for children, too. It is within minutes walking distance from shops, restaurants and amenities.
The apartment is on the second floor and hasn’t a lift. The staircase is comfortable and suitable for children and adult people. It is recommended for families with children or for small groups of friends.

Beautiful apartment, perfectly located, gracious hosts. A few minutes walk to everything in Monopoli. A 14 minute walk to the train station. We had friends staying nearby in a similar apartment at double the price. There were 65 steps up to the apartment, but with a landing every 4 steps, it’s not too steep or arduous at all. Our friends’ apartment had fewer steps but they were very steep.

We loved the apartment in Monopoli. The location was fantastic, in working distance to beach and shops. The hosts were very helpful .

The apartment and location stellar! The view from the balcony overlooking the harbor was beautiful. However, this property was not on the second floor. There were 65 steps to the door. This would be a difficult climb for many people.
I would caution anyone about plenty of free parking nearby. We often searched 15 minutes or more to find a place to to park and at least 15 minutes to walk back to the apartment.

We loved the place! It was clean, spacious, and full of amenities. Communication with the hosts was helpful and prompt. Overall a great place to hang your hat while in the region! I recommend.
Pros: Both bathrooms were of good size and there was a hairdryer available for our use. We were able to clean our clothes and use the drying rack. Beds were comfortable. Location was outstanding. It is right on the edge of the ZTL. Since we drove, that meant we could pull our car up very close by to load and unload before finding a place to park it. It was easy to walk everywhere in Monopoli and easy to use Monopoli as a launch point for all the other great towns in the region.
Only drawback of this place is that there are about 60 steps to get to the front door. This is common for the area and it wasn't a big deal for us. But if you have mobility issues, keep in mind there is no elevator.
We had a wonderful time and hope to visit again!
