The moment you walk into Compass Point 182, you'll be taken away by the unobstructed and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, right from your living room and private lanai. This two-bedroom unit also features a den and can sleep up to six guests. Whether it's pelicans diving down to catch their morning meals or a pod of dolphins swimming by, you'll truly enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness of this condo without ever feeling like you’re in a condo complex. It’s the perfect weekly getaway!
As you walk into the condo you’ll notice a sleeping den area off to your left. Across from the den area is the guest bedroom that features a king bed and a shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Walking further into the condo you’ll enter the spacious kitchen and living area. Off from the living room is the primary bedroom that features, not only a king bed and ensuite bathroom, but also has fantastic views of the Gulf as well. Enjoy your morning coffee out the lanai that can be entered from the master bedroom or the living room If you’re not enjoying the beach, take a dip in the complex’s heated pool, play a game of tennis/pickleball/basketball, Bocce Ball or shuffleboard or enjoy grilling out by the BBQ grills.
The kitchen boasts updated cupboards, counter tops, stainless steel appliances with a beautiful attention to detailed tiled back splash. Elegant large tile, carpeting and crown molding. To much construction going on. Water was turned off for 4 hours but thank goodness we had insurance because it was in the prime time of the day which required us to eat out. Also had to boil the water once it was back on. Property was nice, but wouldn't say it was 3 bedrooms because the third bedroom had no closet. Most likely would wait a few years to return.
