Vacation Rental Condo On Sanibel Island, Gulf Front, Compass Point 171, 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom with cabana and covered parking. Enjoy the carefree atmosphere at this beachfront vacation condo with 2 bedrooms, 3 baths and a den that closes off. Stroll along the beach, bike the islands many tropical paths or just relax by the pool with family and friends.
Access to the beach is out the screened lanai, down interior stairs through a cabana. On your way to the beach, stop and gather the beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, sand pails and shovels. The cabana is furnished with a refrigerator for your beach drinks and food, a microwave to heat up snacks, and has a television, stereo, and DVD for lunch and daytime fun. For your convenience the cabana has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, master en-suite with two sinks and a walk-in shower, 4 flat screen TVs 4 flat screen TVs there are Blu-rays in both the living room and the MBR, and DVD players for the other three TVs, only the living room Blu-Ray has internet access for streaming, washer/dryer, free wi-fi and printer, guest bathroom with tub/shower combination and a large and eclectic selection of books, games and puzzles. The Compass Pointe complex is a mid-size complex located on Middle Gulf Drive. It offers a heated swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, shuffleboard, elevators, gas BBQ grills and a boardwalk to the beach. It is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, 26 miles of paved bike paths, nature preserves, fishing, and golf.

Property was great parking is a little odd. My assigned spot for our condo was under a different building. So we just parked in a visitor spot all week. No big deal just odd

We had a great time at this condo - it was convenient to head to the pool when it was too windy on the beach. The 3rd bedroom doesn't have proper doors (more like shutters) so it was difficult to hang out in the living room at night when my daughter was sleeping in her crib. They had some kid toys and a toddler booster seat and beach chairs to use, which was great. There were no spices, oil, vinegar, etc to share as you sometimes get when renting through VRBO - it would have been good to know up front as I'd prefer to bring what I need rather than having to rebuy at a higher cost. Overall a great stay.

We could not use designated parking space because of the bike rack location and the beds were uncomfortable because of very hard mattresses but other than these two things it was a perfect place to stay!
