This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium with a den is a great luxury retreat.

The floor plan offers 1,554 square feet of just renovated total living area. With two bedrooms, 2 baths and a bonus den, there is plenty of space to live, work, entertain or just spread out. The huge living area has space for the whole family, and the dining area is integrated as part of the open floor plan. The modern kitchen has a full stainless steel appliance package including a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, flat range stove, built in microwave, large sink, and more. The kitchen is of course fully stocked with modern countertop and hand appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware designed to accommodate nearly every need, even at maximum occupancy.

The Compass Point development is a mid-sized complex containing just 45 units in the community. Situated in the mid-island area of Sanibel, Compass Point is located directly on the beach with over 300 feet of frontage on the Gulf of Mexico. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. It has been beautifully redecorated after the hurricanes. Our grandchildren squealed with joy when they saw their bedroom. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed the well loved Barbie dolls in the living room cabinet. The lanai was very comfortable with the seating and the view is stunning. I have been coming to Sanibel for many years and there is nothing not to like about this condo. These owners have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic week on Sanibel! Weather was perfect; condo was beautiful; Select Vacation Properties was very helpful and communicative. We had reserved a condo in another complex; getting down to the wire we found out it might not be ready for our week--here comes the anxiety... Then Kelly provided a few other options to choose from and we ended up staying in a new (to us) complex, and the condo exceeded expectations. Great condo layout--the rooftop access was a wonderful bonus. Select Vacations made check in/out easy and convenient and made sure we had the information we needed ahead of time. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of our Sanibel stay! It was great to be back on Sanibel and gulf front. The condo is well appointed, and still in the process of being updated - with some blinds needing hung, and items on the porch needing updated. . We did have some maintenance issues while there - staff good about responding, but were delayed due to holiday. Because of Hurricane, no-see-ums are very prevalent as well as other bugs this summer.
