Location to beach.
Not wheelchair accessible. Very small building elevator. Insufficient number of disabled parking spaces. Smoke detector missing from hallway.

Location was perfect>. View from balcony was fabulous. Plenty of room!
Ceiling fan in bedroom with the king size bed was great during the day. However at night it clicked and clicked and kept us up.
