HOME FEATURES
The moment you walk into Compass Point 162, you'll be taken away by the unobstructed and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, right from your living room and private lanai. This two-bedroom unit also features a den, equipped with an office desk and can sleep up to six guests. Whether it's pelicans diving down to catch their morning meals or a pod of dolphins swimming by, you'll truly enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness of this condo without ever feeling like you’re in a condo complex. It’s the perfect weekly getaway!
As you walk into the condo you’ll notice a den area off to your left and from the kitchen that is perfect if you need to get work done and features a day bed. Across from the den area is the guest bedroom that features a king bed and a shared hallway bathroom. Walking further into the condo you’ll enter the spacious kitchen and living area. Off from the living room is the primary bedroom that features, not only a king bed and updated ensuite bathroom, but also has exquisite views of the Gulf as well. Enjoy your morning coffee or nightly cocktail out the lanai that can be entered from the primary or the living room. The living room features a sleeper sofa for extra space. If you’re not enjoying the beach, take a dip in the complex’s heated pool, play a game of tennis/shuffleboard or enjoy grilling out by the BBQ grills. We had an amazing week at Compass Point! The condo is beautiful and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views from the screened lanai are breathtaking. I woke up every morning to an amazing sunrise, and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The pool is heated and there are lots of nice lounge chairs. The condo is centrally located with close proximity to shops and restaurants. We’ve already booked again for next year. Book it! You will not be disappointed.

The view was great from the balcony and very happy it was screened in, otherwise the mosquitoes would have made it hard to sit out. We saw 2 dolphins from the balcony and found a ton of shells. Staying here made us want to win the lottery and move there hahaha thank you!

So we booked this condo based on the old photos of the floral couch and orange cabinets and such. WOW!!! When we arrived the entire condo had been remodeled. Thought we were in the wrong condo for a hot minute. Completely modern done in muted greys with a touch of navy and beautiful tile work. still smells new. How wonderful. Condos are still being worked on in the complex...but Id say they were about 90% done when we were there. Highly recommend. Wish I could upload new photos. Only downside.....the pillows sucked. king size beds and little tiny standard pillows. And the 1 cup at a time Keurig was kind of a pain....no water tank. But...the gulf front screened in porch and full kitchen....great week!!!!
