Truly the only one of its kind, this magnificent 3,000 square foot condo has some seriously incredible gulf views! This condo boasts 3 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms and all the bedrooms offer their own master bedroom suite each with their own large private bathroom for added privacy and convenience. All bedrooms & bathrooms have been completely updated and boasting truly luxurious upgrades and features! The massive living & dining area overlooks the beautiful Gulf with expansive views from the top floor and offers an open floor plan just off the huge walk-in kitchen. This unit also comes with a private & renovated beachfront cabana that has a toilet, shower and kitchenette as well as storage for all necessary beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) Sanibel Surfside 231 has everything & more that you'll need for your next island getaway destination!
Condo amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms -- 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds (sleeps 6 people MAX), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, 1 tennis & 2 pickle board courts, elevators, covered parking, private beachside cabana. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.
7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a STRICT maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Incredible views, nice amenities, beautiful condo with high end appliances/fixtures and all the supplies a beachgoer needs. Great common spaces for large families. Each bedroom has its own bath, which makes for nice privacy.

Excellent accommodations. Property is well kept. Plenty of room. Excellent location. Excellent view. Proximity to the beach. Pool was well maintained. Couldn’t have been better.

We've visited Surfside many times before, even staying in 231 about 5 years ago. We were happy to see the wonderful improvements to the unit. We were not aware they had been done. To be honest, I thought I had booked a condo in the front building, but with the updates we couldn't have been happier. We rebooked for next year. Glad I made that mistake!
