Truly the only one of its kind, this magnificent 3,000 square foot condo has some seriously incredible gulf views! This condo boasts 3 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms and all the bedrooms offer their own master bedroom suite each with their own large private bathroom for added privacy and convenience. All bedrooms & bathrooms have been completely updated and boasting truly luxurious upgrades and features! The massive living & dining area overlooks the beautiful Gulf with expansive views from the top floor and offers an open floor plan just off the huge walk-in kitchen. This unit also comes with a private & renovated beachfront cabana that has a toilet, shower and kitchenette as well as storage for all necessary beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) Sanibel Surfside 231 has everything & more that you'll need for your next island getaway destination!
Condo amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms -- 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds (sleeps 6 people MAX), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, 1 tennis & 2 pickle board courts, elevators, covered parking, private beachside cabana. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.
7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a STRICT maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Ocean and beach views from every room. Kitchen with all the essentials for a family of six to enjoy meals. Very clean and well maintained condo. The cabana is a great staging area for breaks needed from the beach. We loved our stay on sanibel

Property is exactly like pics and even better when you get there, the cabana was great space for bathroom fridge and leaving extra stuff for beach and I can’t forget the closet with chairs, umbrellas and more. Kitchen is fully stocked, coffee maker, toaster, Some spices, plenty of pans and utensils. Beach towels, this place has everything. Thank you

Absolutely Stunning View!! Only steps from the water and the magnificent shelling that goes with Sanibel! This condominium couldn’t have been any nicer!! Immaculately clean, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. We enjoyed having separate en-suite bathrooms for each of the bedrooms, too. Restaurants, grocery store, and souvenir shops all within a short drive. We will definitely return, and can recommend this beautiful condominium unequivocally.

We've visited Surfside many times before, even staying in 231 about 5 years ago. We were happy to see the wonderful improvements to the unit. We were not aware they had been done. To be honest, I thought I had booked a condo in the front building, but with the updates we couldn't have been happier. We rebooked for next year. Glad I made that mistake!
