Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 302. Vacation paradise awaits you upon your arrival on exotic Sanibel Island and your beautiful condo with private screened lanai overlooking the pool and lagoon. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is in this newly renovated condo with a great view of the pool nestled among lush foliage. The beach is close and the pool is closer! This unit offers a king bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. You will find beach chairs, beach umbrella and sand toys located in your private garage, directly under your unit. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Condos are non-smoking and are decorated and equipped for your enjoyment including 3 new wall mounted smart flat-screen TVs, central air, satellite TV, WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen along with on-site laundry facilities and grilling areas. In addition, we have upgraded the dining room chairs, living room rug, new guest shower enclosure and added a barn door from the master bedroom to the master bath. On arrival, your unit is supplied with a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. We are conveniently located within walking distance of Sanibel Island Golf Course and next door to the Sanibel Island Beach Resort with their tiki bar and restaurant. On-site bicycle rentals make it easier to enjoy the 26 miles of bike trails on Sanibel. Enjoy everything that Sanibel Island and Sanibel Siesta have to offer. Our wonderful on-site staff is available to answer questions and help in emergencies. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. Pet Friendly for animals under 50 pounds extra pet fee will apply.

The place is nice but a little outdated. The WiFi is absolutely terrible. The other complaint I have is the pictures on FB are slightly deceiving. After going to the condo I can see the pictures are very much edited to show the water as a perfect blue color. It is not as blue as all the pictures posted. Definitely edited. Overall we had fun in Sanibel but there isn’t much to do besides eat, drink, beach and bike. That’s about it.

We love sanibel and the office staff at the condo was very helpful.
No communication with actual property owner, which was confusing, and the condo needed cleaned when we arrived. Kitchen was ill-equipped and had no food storage containers. Cables on TV were wrong on arrival so we had to fix that as well. Internet needed reset frequently, which would have been ok if we had been aware, we had to find this out on our own. Access to the beach was great, and the pool was well maintained. Very easy location for biking to town as well. Overall, the condo location and grounds were good, actual condo we used was below average in my opinion.
