Inside, you’ll find 1,235 square feet of comfort and style. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, the guest room has two full beds, and there’s even a sleeper sofa in the living room—perfect for up to 6 guests. Both bathrooms offer spacious walk-in showers for that spa-like feel after a day in the sun.

Need more space? Book the neighboring unit (#131) for larger groups or families traveling together—it’s the perfect setup for a shared beachfront retreat.

Pet-Friendly Perks: Unit 141 welcomes one well-behaved pup (25 lbs or under) for a small, non-refundable pet fee. Please keep the property clean by picking up after your pet and remember—dogs must stay out of the interior courtyard. They’re welcome on the beach or the parking lot side for walks!

At no time ever may EVs be plugged into any electrical outlets on the Loggerhead property, including but not limited to common area outlets, exterior building outlets, unit outlets, etc.

“E-Bikes on Loggerhead Cay Property E-BIKE CHARGING & PARKING AT YOUR OWN RISK. The Association and Management are not responsible for theft or damage, including issues from improper charging. E-bikes may only be stored outdoors on bike racks. Storage inside the building, in lanais, walkways, or any non-designated areas is prohibited.”
