Large condo in excellent condition. Appears to be recently renovated. Just a few steps to the beautiful beach and Gulf. Property includes large pool, easy parking near condo and quiet surroundings. Host/owner always replied quickly to any questions. Check in and check out could not have been easier.

Everything was great when it came to my stay, Gary was quick to answer any questions that I had, the condo was clean and very well equipped. The location was great for the beach and within walking distance to the pool too, we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful 2BR 2BA condo with a nice screen porch and a community pool. Short walk to a great beach and close to restaurants and other attractions on Sanibel. Gary was very responsive and helpful with information and suggestions for places to eat, shop, and things to do. We enjoyed our stay at the beach!
