Centrally located, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Pismo Beach.
We are a property management company and will have limited interaction with guests. You will
have access to the Manager for emergencies or questions via email and cell phone. Cell number will be given with check-in instructions.
Quiet neighborhood but close to the freeway. Walking distance to downtown Pismo Beach.
Entire Condo
Centrally located, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Pismo Beach, this fully furnished condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and beach access. On the lower level of the home, you will find a two car garage with space saving stacked washer and dryer. Across from the entry lay the guest bedroom with a full bed along with an ensuite half bath. Moving towards the upper level of the home, there are two bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub and granite counters. The guest bedroom has a twin bunk bed with a Roku tv. All bedrooms and bathrooms have linens provided. The living room TV has cable. Off of the living room is a balcony (a perfect place to enjoying a morning cup of coffee). The kitchen is immaculately finished with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen has the essentials, (Keurig, microwave, fridge, oven, pots pans), any special appliances or kitchen tools you have at home that you use regularly, we suggest bringing. No smoking, no parties, NO exceptions.
**Must be over the age of 25 to book this property. ID is required**
Walking distance around town, Uber and cab service available. There is a bus station at the 5 Cities Premium Outlets approximately 1/2 mile away.
