    The room was great and the check-in process was smooth, but unfortunately, the check-out experience has consistently been a nightmare. We’ve stayed at Marriott Executive Apartments Kuala Lumpur three times, and on all three occasions, we requested for a bellboy during check-out and no one came. This time was even more frustrating. Because of our previous experiences, we purposely called early to request for a bellboy. We waited 30 minutes, called twice to follow up, and both times were told that the bellboy was “on the way”. But lo and behold… no one came. Rasanya macam janji Melayu 😅 In the end, we had to carry all our luggage and belongings down ourselves. During check-out, I raised this with the concierge and was told, “Sorry, but there’s only one bellboy available.” For a hotel of this size and standard, that was honestly quite surprising. If there is only one bellboy handling guests during a busy check-out period, then perhaps the hotel needs to review its staffing arrangements. Once could be an unfortunate incident. But for the same thing to happen during all three of our stays is disappointing and clearly something that needs to be improved. We genuinely enjoyed the room and the stay itself, which makes it even more unfortunate that every visit ends on such a frustrating note. Hopefully management will take this feedback seriously because the check-out experience should match the standard of the rest of the property.

    The hotel is new so I had high expectations.. we checked in at 3pm but was delayed as the staff mentioned they are still cleaning the room. The room was ready to check in 3.30pm plus.. when we were in the room, we thought the room must have been so spotless since they mentioned they needed more time for the cleaning part, but there was an empty gummy packet on the tv console and many long hairs stuck on the wall in the shower area. I stayed there for 3nights, and gosh the same long hairs still there stuck on the wall.. the cleaning for the 3 nights wasn't thorough either. Hope they can improve on the cleaning part. Other than that, all is good. The kids enjoyed the spacious hotel apartment.
