Great stay. Location is very convenient. Staff were extremely friendly in accommodating all our requests as we were travelling with a baby.

We recently stayed in a 2-bedroom suite, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for our family. The hotel facilities were also generally very good. However, our stay was heavily disrupted on the morning of our second day due to a malfunctioning door lock that left us locked out of our room after returning from the swimming pool. The issue took approximately 5 hours to fully resolve. Because we were locked out right after swimming, we were stuck without a change of clothes. The staff were very courteous and tried their best to assist by offering a temporary room just so we wouldn't have to wait in the lobby with the kids. After heading to the temporary room, we realized we couldn't just sit around indefinitely, so we had to thicken our skin, swallow our pride, and head down to a nearby mall in our pool attire just to buy a change of clothes and get some lunch. It was only while we were having our late lunch at the mall that we finally received word that a room was ready for us. Needless to say, this completely derailed our travel plans for the day. When they finally assigned our permanent replacement room, it did not match our original booking category and lacked a bathtub. Because of this, we had to make an additional request to pack up the kids and move again to a comparable suite that met our expectations. Moving the children between multiple rooms added a lot of unnecessary hassle and stress to our day. The saving grace of this ordeal was the outstanding service recovery. The staff remained professional throughout, and Adam Hafiz in particular was exceptionally helpful, patient, and sincere in looking after us. The hotel did compensate our family with a complimentary dinner, which we appreciated. However, accepting it meant we had to forego our original evening plans outside just to head back to the hotel to eat, which altered our itinerary yet again. While the staff's genuine efforts, the temporary waiting room, and the dinner compensation were nice gestures, a 5-hour resolution time for a lock malfunction with three children is simply too long. It also makes us wonder what would have happened if this had occurred at night; a 5-hour delay with an overnight skeleton crew would have left a family with exhausted children completely stranded past bedtime without their clothes or belongings. ** The hotel has great rooms and wonderful staff, but their emergency contingency planning for lock issues definitely needs to be much faster.

The hotel is new so I had high expectations.. we checked in at 3pm but was delayed as the staff mentioned they are still cleaning the room. The room was ready to check in 3.30pm plus.. when we were in the room, we thought the room must have been so spotless since they mentioned they needed more time for the cleaning part, but there was an empty gummy packet on the tv console and many long hairs stuck on the wall in the shower area. I stayed there for 3nights, and gosh the same long hairs still there stuck on the wall.. the cleaning for the 3 nights wasn't thorough either. Hope they can improve on the cleaning part. Other than that, all is good. The kids enjoyed the spacious hotel apartment.
