    Great services and 24/7 customer support. They provided unlimited towels, toilet paper, a bucket of mineral water, and more. However, a fly in the ointment was that their furniture and sockets were not in good condition. The bedroom door could not close, and the socket frames were loose.

    We had a fantastic stay at Vortex Suites KLCC from July 26 to August 1. Our group of 19 people was spread across 3 spacious apartments. Each unit had 2 bedrooms, a clean and cozy living room, and a fully functional kitchen which was great for preparing small meals or snacks for the kids. Everything was spotless and hygienic. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and there was enough space for everyone to relax. The apartments were well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. What really made the experience smooth was the support from the staff they were always available, quick to respond to any requests, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The location is also perfect close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. For a big group like ours, it was a perfect choice. Would definitely return and highly recommend Vortex Suites KLCC to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and centrally located stay in Kuala Lumpur!
