We had such a lovely stay at this hotel and honestly, everything exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the whole experience was comfortable, pleasant, and memorable. The food was really delicious and definitely worth the price. Every meal we had was satisfying, and the quality was much better than we expected. It was one of those hotel stays where you actually look forward to trying the food because everything tastes so good! We also celebrated my husband’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel kindly arranged a little birthday surprise for him. It was simple but very sweet and thoughtful, and we truly appreciated the effort. These little touches really made our stay feel more special and personal. ❤️ The hotel itself is beautiful, and the views are absolutely stunning. There are so many beautiful spots around the hotel that are perfect for taking photos and OOTD. Everywhere we looked, there was something nice to capture. The surroundings were also very clean and well maintained, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. I also have to mention how clean the room was. Everything felt fresh, neat, and comfortable. Even the hotel toiletries deserve a special mention — the soap smells SO good! 😍 It may seem like a small thing, but little details like this really make a difference when staying at a hotel. The service was also lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We never felt uncomfortable or neglected, and everything was handled nicely. Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our stay here. Good food, beautiful views, clean and comfortable rooms, lovely service, thoughtful birthday arrangements, and plenty of beautiful spots for photos — definitely a stay that was worth it. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one. We would definitely love to come back again! ❤️✨

I still don't know what a boutique hotel is after staying here (concrete walls? See-through bathrooms?) but it was very comfortable despite my wife and I having the dubious opportunity of seeing each other on the toilet. But the room was spacious and had all modern features. Very clean. Pool area really nice with towels. Friendly staff.

A nice and cozy place to unwind i loveee the room very comfy and pretty. Place is nice to see too. Overall aesthetic vibes. But nearby attractions were not walking distance except for mcd and petrol pump right in front. But you can always book grab to go anywhere.

We booked the Room to Listen (44m²) through Agoda, but was assigned a Standard City Room (22m²) instead. The receptionist didn’t mention the mismatch during check-in and we only realized it after entering the room, which came as an unpleasant surprise. We had to bring all our luggage back down to the reception, but were told there was nothing the hotel could do and were advised to contact Agoda for a refund. Thankfully, Agoda customer service - Shahkina, handled the issue professionally and arranged a fair refund after all. While the resolution was appreciated, the whole experience definitely put a damper on the start of our trip.
