Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations.

Everything was wonderful, except...there were dead roaches (the kind that just are everywhere in FL this time of year) around the first floor walls. I'm not worried about the bugs, but the cleaning crew could do a better job of sweeping. And the hot tub was filthy and the water level was too low to run the thing. That was a HUGE disappointment as I specifically searched for a property with a hot tub.

Just took care of issue immediately and was very kind the home was lovely and perfect for out 10 day stay. Driveway was a great size with plenty of room for a home this size
