About this house rental
Soul Shine is a comfortable home away from home vacation rental near Anna Maria Island! Newly furnished 3 bedrooms, two baths ranch style home close to Palma Sola Bay. With the pull out couch in the game room, the property sleeps a total of eight people. The bedrooms and the game room are all equipped with smart TV sets. Enjoy the cozy outside area around the the caged pool that can be heated during winter months. A stainless steal, fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your meals in.
Linens, towels, beach towels and beach chairs are all provided as is free high speed Internet. The spacious game room with a pull out couch is a big plus. Between the quite neighborhood, tropical outdoor area and proximity to restaurants, stores and AMI, you will never want to leave!
Up to 2 dogs are welcome, maximum size 45lbs. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes.
* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

We were delighted with villa had a wonderful time!! We have been coming to Anna Maria for 25 years now and have never had such a big pool, loads of fun! Could have done with 2 more chairs around outside table as there were 5 adults and a child who likes to sit with us to eat dinner. The beds were very comfortable and bedding luxurious.Good size bedrooms, main bathroom a bit small good hot water supply for showers.Kitchen amazing but could do with some better glassware and dishes, lounge lovely and big but could with another sofa instead of a pool table so we could all sit together as a family!When garage door did not open pork the realty company were fabulous!!A good location for beaches and shoppingWe would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property to others it’s a keeper

We had the best stay at Soul Shine! We lived in the pool the entire week and the location is convenient to get to the island via the Cortez Bridge or the Palma Sola Causeway! Communication is huge when staying in a rental and they were on top of it for any issues we had! We would definitely stay here again!
