From bright tropical wallpaper to flamingo and mermaid-themed bedrooms to a backyard where guests can enjoy the Tiki Hut with the fire table with ample seating, a putting green, corn hole, ring toss, and a charcoal grill. After enjoying the Florida sunshine enjoy the heated pool!
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, making it a breeze to prepare meals. The adjacent dining area offers seating for eight with an additional table that seats four more.

The split floorplan provides maximum privacy with the master bedroom, ensuite, and walk-in closet on one side of the home and the other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house with a shared bathroom and hallway. All bedrooms are equipped with your comfort in mind along with luxurious sheets and linens.
Bedroom #1 is the master bedroom and has a King bed, Smart TV, and an additional futon that converts to sleeping for larger groups.
Bedroom #2 has one King bed and a Smart TV.
Bedroom #3 has two Queen Beds and a Smart TV.

Everything about our stay at Blue Iguana was amazing. The pool and hot tub were a perfect fit on the days we didn’t go to the beach. House is decorated with an awesome beach vibe and we would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!!!

This is a very nice house in a quiet lovely neighborhood a block from the bay and only 5 miles to AMI. The pictures are accurate. The rental agency is very responsive and quick to respond. The kitchen is fully equipped and a plus for cook in folks. Beds are comfortable and linens are Superior. All in all all amenities are perfect and were enjoyed.

We had a good time, but they need to improve if they really want their guests to be completely satisfied.
For example:
In the master room bathroom, the shower doesn't have any water pressure.
In the other bathroom the curtain needs to be replaced urgently, it's disgusting.
If a guest called to report a problem, do not ignore him
