The drive to the home is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by scenic views of the Intracoastal waters and stunning neighboring homes. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by a large circular driveway and a charming gated entry with a Spanish-style flair. There’s even a lovely garden area where you can sit and relax.Step through the double doors into the grand foyer, and you’ll be amazed by the spaciousness and breathtaking views — the exterior simply doesn’t capture the true size and elegance of this home. Inside, you’ll find six roomy bedrooms, a cozy family room, a game room with a pool table, two dining areas, and a large inviting pool.I can’t wait to stay here again — you’ll absolutely love it!

This place was amazing! It was so spacious for our family from MN and NC to attend our son’s wedding. The kids loved the pool. The amenities were great. The hosts Aly and husband were very attentive and so kind.

The location was fantastic, as was the size of the house. It was really let down by being in poor condition. A list of things that were broken etc:
Beach chairs were broken. When they were replaced, they were of such poor quality that the replacements broke within a couple of hours of sitting on them
Roof deck flooring was genuinely a danger. Some was rotting and others warped and sticking upwards. Nobody went near it.
Freezer had broken or missing shelves.
Wine fridge was completely broken so could not be used
There were a multitude of lights not working or hanging off their fixings. We really shouldn't need to be asking to fix these - they should all be tested and made sure to be in working order.
Furniture was ripped or had screws sticking through them.
Outdoor furniture was rusting
There was a loud mechanical noise at night that we could not trace and stop.
No clothes drying rack (sounds petty, but this was a real issue when there are 9 people staying with lots of washing to do)
No kettle on arrival. One was order but, still, it shouldn't have been a missing item
The pool table is completely unusable. No ball would stay still. The kids tired of it within a matter of minutes.
We still had a good time as the location was great, but the house itself has obviously not had any work spent on it for years and years and this is now really showing. Too many things didn't work / were broken or missing for this to be one off mistake. A real shame as it could be amazing
