“Highly recommend!! This home has a beautiful & tree lined quiet neighborhood, walkable to parks and waterways. Inside, it is exactly as described and pictured. The home has everything one could need, with light-switch labels and clear instructions, making it comfortable and extremely livable. The little touches, like makeup towels in the bathroom & extra towels/paper products & soaps were so appreciated. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Everyone thought the beds & pillows were wonderful. Decor was so lovely and well done. The kids had a blast in the heated pool (lighted at dark) and loft area upstairs, complete with large, comfortable family sectional to watch movies and play video games. The adults appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, large walk-in pantry & large laundry room. The wonderful dining room allowed our large family to enjoy dinner together. An abundance of stores, restaurants, shopping, little villages & beaches were very close. Can’t wait to return!”

This property has everything you need or want. It is beautiful. The property manager works very hard to make sure you have a wonderful stay. This is the best Vrbo we have rented. A family of 10 fits comfortably with room to spare.

We had a fantastic stay here in Bradenton. Check-in was a breeze, communication was great, and the house was clean and perfect for our family of 5 with three teens. Travel to Anna Maria Island was super easy from the house and we loved exploring the nearby beaches and other activities.

We stayed at the “Paradise by the Bay” during the “Spring Break” with our kids and two other families (6 adults and 5 kids) and this place was just a perfect size. Each family had their own bedroom, plus all kids slept in their own bedroom with bunk beds, and they also had their own space in the Loft to play and watch TV away from adults.Newer house with a good layout for dining, entertaining, and fun inside and outside by the pool. Outdoor is nice with separate area for coffee or breakfast, lounge by the pool in the sun, or under the roof when it rains.Owners were very nice and quick to answer any questions and they take pride in their property. Everything was very clean and organized without any unnecessary clutter, but well equipment with items you may need in the kitchen, grill, bathrooms, etc…The area is very nice, safe and quite with a lot of upscale properties all round. Multiple grocery stores are close by, and very easy access to main roads that leads to multiple tourist places.
