The Breakers 42 is a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo situated on the 4th floor, offering a perfect beachside retreat for up to 6 guests. This condo is ideal for families or small groups looking for a comfortable stay with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The balcony is a standout feature, providing guests with fantastic views of the Gulf. It's the perfect spot to relax and take in the picturesque surroundings, whether enjoying a morning coffee or watching the sunset.
The Primary bedroom is designed for comfort, featuring a plush king bed and a flat-screen TV, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere for relaxation. The second bedroom is equally accommodating, with a queen bed and a twin bed, along with a flat-screen TV, making it a versatile space for additional guests or children.
The living room includes a sofa sleeper, expanding the sleeping arrangements, and is equipped with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, perfect for entertainment and leisure time.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
PARKING
Two parking passes are allowed for your reservation. They are $33 each. Your parking pass(es) will be located on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team.

Nice unit overall. The building appears a little dated. Could use some sprucing up. It would be nice to have an exterior bathroom so one would not have to go back to the unit to relieve themselves. It appeared the cleaning crew did a poor job cleaning the stove top. There was a light film of oil or grease on it. The water pressure from the shower in the master bath is low. Recommendations to the owner- *upgrade the mattress in the master suite*Invest in a new coffee maker*consider front load washer/dryer

We took our first family vacation in 3 years and enjoyed every minute of our stay. They were quick to help and the condo was perfect for our family of 5. We will be back!
