We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well equipped. Randall took great care of us. Couldn’t have been any nicer. There are just 32 Units here so it is not overcrowded.

Communication with the manager was great! Every question you could have he addressed from the beginning in the description. We were there in December so we didn't use the beach, but the views were still nice! Condo pictures were accurate, it is an older building but it was newly remodeled and looks really nice. It suited our needs just right. We usually come to that area in the summer and so we wanted to try the Orange Beach area this time and didn't want to be in a really large complex

The condo was neat and clean and exactly as pictured. The ocean view and access was amazing. We watched the sunrise and set from the balcony. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the pool area was not as nice as others we could see from our balcony. Also we only had one key, a keypad would be more convenient for multiple guests.

All was well except dishwasher was broken and owner/ management didn’t get it fixed before we left.
We had to leave all dirty dishes in the sink. Quite inconvenient. The sink stopper in the guest bathroom wouldn’t release water. Had to prop it up so it would drain. No discount offered by owner for broken dishwasher which is part of the contract.
