We enjoyed our stay at Breakers 73. We love the proximity to the beach and the yard next to the pool. We had 3 families in 3 condos and had plenty of room to gather. The condo itself was clean and comfortable.

We stay in this condo every year. It is right on the beach and has everything we need. The rental company was very easy to communicate with and was stayed in touch with us prior to our trip until after we had checked out. We will rent from them again.

The condo suited our needs for our family. The location was perfect and the view was beautiful. A few things that could be upgraded are both bathrooms. The bathrooms are very dated and need some attention... especially the toilets. The couch needs to be replaced also. At nights, we ended up in our rooms since the couch was so uncomfortable. The bar height table was very nice and met our needs for meals. The beds were comfortable and is very important since I have a bad back. Another issue we had was the outlets did not work in the bathroom.
