Welcome to your ultimate Orange Beach escape! Silver Beach #405, is a beautifully updated, beachfront condo on the 4th floor offering the perfect blend of coastal comfort and convenience. Wake up to stunning ocean views and spend your mornings on the private, furnished balcony enjoying the salt air.

With two spacious bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed) and a cozy sleeper sofa in the living room, there is plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. Two full bathrooms ensure ease of refreshing after a day in the sun. Your beach vacation is made easier with a fully equipped kitchen, in unit clothes washer & dryer, and an elevator.

When you're ready for the sand, a wooden boardwalk provides direct access to the beach. Take advantage of the available beach umbrella and chair service (seasonal and optional, paid, on-site service provided by a third party vendor) directly in front of the condo for a perfectly shaded spot by the waves. If you love a pool, you are in luck! The pool is available for sunbathing in the chairs or an oceanside swim.

After a day full of coastal adventures, you'll love returning to the condo's peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Best of all, you are just a short walk from fantastic local dining and minutes away from grocery stores.

Important Pet Information: While our condo is dog friendly up to 20lbs (limit 1 - additional $125.00 pet fee per stay), the beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are NOT - with the exception of a dog friendly beach at Fort Morgan. Dogs on leash are allowed and welcomed on the bayside of the Fort Morgan peninsula between Quarantine Wharf and the Fort Morgan Fishing Pier. There is also a lake-side off leash dog park available in Gulf State Park by Lake Shelby. Dogs can not be left on the balcony unattended, and they must be on a leash at all times when outside the unit.

Parking: Your reservation with us does not include any of the parking fees. Silver Beach requires guests to register with the HOA and purchase a parking pass ($40 per stay & 1/car) directly from the HOA. Further instructions will be provided before your stay. Once you arrive, you will find a convenient kiosk in the parking lot to verify your arrival & plate number. One parking pass is guaranteed for purchase; a second parking pass for an additional car may be available for purchase if lot is not full. There is a 2 vehicle max (if second space is available). No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles allowed.

Arriving by Plane: The Gulf Shores Airport located at 155 Commerce Dr, Gulf Shores, AL 36542, and is a short 15-20 minute drive from the condo. The airport is primarily serviced by Allegiant and private aircraft. There are several different ground transportation options when you arrive at the Gulf Shores International Airport, and numerous ways to get around town once you arrive in Gulf Shores. Major brand car rentals, Uber, Lyft and a variety of shuttle and taxi operators are available.
