Winter Season Reservations: Reservations made before October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations not meeting this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made with a minimum stay of either three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly. Each reservation allows for a maximum of 2 parking passes and a maximum of 2 cars.
Linens are provided, but guests should bring their own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of essentials, such as hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.
Policies:
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
Photo identification is required at check-in.
Smoking is not allowed on the property.

Great location and clean. Towel bars in bathroom need to be fixed. Toilet in second bathroom does not flush well, we mostly used mater bathroom.

Great little place to stay. Step right out on the beach from the back of condo. Plenty of parking and easy access to rooms. Host was very responsive to communication. Thanks for a great stay!

Sheets don't fit mattresses. old beds rickety. no ice day and half . wait on repair man lost a day of trip. need new beds and linen before I would recommend.
