Welcome to The Davis Hill House, a private 4 bedroom Vermont mountain retreat just 8 minutes from Mount Snow and 9 minutes from Wilmington Village. Set at the top of a wooded hill with no visible neighbors, the home offers year-round privacy, treetop views and space for families and friends to relax, reconnect and enjoy Southern Vermont.
The west-facing wraparound terrace overlooks the trees and offers direct sunset views throughout the year. Settle into the Adirondack chairs, gather around the firepit on clear evenings or enjoy stargazing in the quiet wooded setting.
The open-sided outdoor gazebo features a private six-person hot tub, large flat-screen TV and ambient lighting for nighttime soaks under the stars. A gas BBQ grill with propane is also available for guest use.
Inside, the main level includes a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, multiple Smart TVs, dining space for eight and a full kitchen equipped with a range, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, glassware, dishes and serving pieces. Guests should bring their preferred K-Cups.
The lower-level game room gives everyone room to spread out and includes two full-size arcade games, a poker table, dartboard, board games for children and adults, a Smart TV and comfortable lounge seating.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Bunk beds, plus a separate bed with a trundle
The home accommodates a maximum of eight overnight guests. All linens and bath towels are included.

• Washer and dryer available for guest use
• Strong Wi-Fi suitable for streaming, remote work and video calls

This home exceeded our expectations. The hosts were fabulous. The house was very well taken care of and thoughtfully stocked. We enjoyed the close proximity to the mountain and of course the hot tub.

Great property! 4 of us stayed for a few days to ski mount snow and Stratton. Very convenient location close to mount snow and 37min from Stratton. The house is well maintained and the hot tub area is a plus. Communication from the owner was spot on. Don’t miss out and book your stay soon and enjoy
