About this chalet rental
Like new Rustic Chalet. All new Kitchen, flooring, Bedding, Appliances, TV`s. Updated bathrooms. New Hot tub installed in April22
Towards the end of a Cul de Sac. Very private yet only 5 minutes from Town. Circular drive can accommodate Snowmobile trailer or Boat Trailer.
10 Minutes from MT Snow Skiing. 5 Minutes from Hermitage MT skiing. 5 Min from the Town of Wilmington.
Winter:
Can Cross country Ski/Snow Shoe, Sled right on golf course. Access to VAST snowmobile trail via the Golf course trail.
Summer:
Minutes to Lake Whitingham( 5 Min) and Lake Raponda(10min) for Kayaking and Motor boats. Hiking and biking trails throughout the area. Access to Hermitage Golf course.
*-This is not a Party house. We take great pride in our homes and hope that you will respect it like your own.
* - Primary renter must be 30 and over
*- Pets will be considered (Type, size, etc) up to 2 pets. Fee of $75/ up to 3-night stay. $150 for anything over 3 nights. Please inquire about your pet before booking.)
*- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id
*- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.

The cabin was very clean and matched expectations. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen was well equipped. Emilio was very quick to reply to any questions. The only slight negatives were that the roads to the cabin were a bit dicey in the snow and the gas fireplace and TV were a bit confusing to operate. Overall a great stay and would definitely book again!

We loved the house, and the proximity to town and Mount Snow is great. The manager/owner was also fantastic! This would be a five-star review except for a few things (and really I’d give it 3.5 stars if it was an option): it was a very neat place but so dusty under furniture and beds- every one of us suffered from the moment we entered the house until the moment we left. The beds are monumentally old, dusty, and bloody uncomfortable. I ended up on the sofa which was marginally better. Also, don’t rent if you’re over six feet tall - every bed has a foot board so you won’t ever be able to stretch out. My son and husband struggled with this. And one king bed would make all the difference. Instead there was a small queen and a full bed so not suitable for more than one couple. Also, in winter, location can be a bit hair-raising. The short cut to Mount Snow will age you a few years with snow/mud. But the kitchen was great. Hot tub fantastic. And the property owner couldn’t have been nicer; he responded immediately to repairs and concerns and even lent us four sleds. So great. With some updated beds (get rid of the spring mattresses and invest in foam or latex to avoid issues with dust) and a seriously deep clean - please remove pillows from the sofa and vacuum in there -(found chapstick that expired in 2022), you’d have five stars every time. And given how responsive owner is, I’m sure I’ll be updating this review.

The property was perfect for eight people. We stayed with our grown children and their plus ones. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy family time and quiet personal space , if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was a nice location to skiing, Wilmington and local watering holes. The hot tub worked great and when the fire place was being finicky the property manager got right back to me to try and resolve the issue.
