Perfect place to kick back after a long day of hiking, skiing or even just the hustle and bustle of everyday life any time of year! Enjoy our wood stove or soak in the hot tub outside. Our place is very accessible to: hiking, skiing, (Mt. Snow), kayaking, fishing, lake, biking, golfing and small town gems just down the road. Full access to Clubhouse (5 min walk): pools, hot tub, arcade and gym. Great for families, large groups, kid and pet friendly.
Our house is fully equipped with numerous amenities such as an outdoor hot tub, foosball table, dartboard, and plenty of movies and board games to choose from. Nothing beats a long day of outdoor activities like a dip in the hot tub.
Area attractions include Mount Snow Ski And Golf(8 min), Haystack Ski and Golf Club(2 min), Lake Whitingham(2 min), Otis Reservoir (15 min. drive), and golf course, shopping, restaurants, and antiquing. Security Camera: We have 2 outdoor cameras on the front of the house pointing towards the driveway/rubbish bin and another pointing towards the wood shed. Considering this is a rental home and we are not there 24/7 these are for property security purposes. They also allow us to monitor heavy snow fall, maintenance workers, downed trees, and wildlife in the area, etc. Please be aware that there are NO cameras anywhere else on the property. We respect your privacy and take it very seriously. If you have any additional concerns or questions please just ask!

The Barn at Chimney HillOur stay at The Barn at Chimney Hill was fantastic. The home has that perfect Vermont charm—warm, inviting, and set in a beautiful, quiet spot just minutes from Mount Snow and Wilmington. It felt like the ideal retreat after a day on the mountain.Brian was an exceptional host—responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. His hospitality made the experience even better.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the Mount Snow area. We’re already excited to return.We will definitely be back!!

The property was a great fit for groups- we had 5 kids, 4 adults and 2 dogs, and could cook and eat together. The kids liked sleeping in the loft and playing foosball and darts. The fire put and community pool were great too. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with spices and the location was convenient for hiking, boating or activities at Mt. Snow.
