Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.
-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.
-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.
-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.

What a wonderful view, nicely furnished. We saw the silver fox, so cute. We were visiting family in Brattleboro and this was a great spot to give is access and separation from the family.

We were here for a weekend golf tournament. The condo was clean, comfortable and conveniently close to Haystack golf course. It was beautiful weather and there’s a great outdoor deck to relax on and enjoy (although there was no outdoor furniture, perhaps not there yet for the summer season). We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here & would stay again. Thanks to Greg our VRBO host who was very responsive, friendly and clearly communicated all pertinent info to make our stay enjoyable.

Overall lovely place, just had problems with water pressure in kitchen sink and only hot water in downstairs master bathroom., dangerous hot. Lacking hairdryer, microwave and TV in communal sitting area
