About this house rental
The main floor area consists of two separate living rooms, one with a brand new large sectional couch, TV, and a propane electric stove to keep you toasty in the cooler months. The other includes a pull-out queen couch, comfy chair, and 'work from anywhere' desk space.
There is an open kitchen/dining area with three barstools and separate breakfast area along a wall of windows with views of the field, farm and river. Attached on the main level are both a deck with outdoor dining table overlooking the field, river and farm, and a covered back porch with a small couch, chairs, coffee table, two swings and a gas grill with views of the next door farm and their goats!
The main floor also includes a 1/2 bath with washer and dryer.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms: The primary bedroom with king bed and sitting area and a full ensuite bathroom, two bunk rooms each with a set of twin bunkbeds, and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed. There is also a shared full bath with tub/shower in the upstairs hallway.
Outside you'll find a private back yard and expansive side field with river access and views of next-door Adam's Farm. We also have created a new screened-in porch bunk room for enjoying evening drinks or sleeping alfresco!
The property is conveniently located to all the valley has to offer:
- 5 minutes from downtown Wilmington's shopping, restaurants, etc
- 10 minutes to Mount Snow
- 5 minutes to Lake Raponda
- 5 minutes to Snow Republic Brewery
- 12 minutes to Beer Naked Brewery
- 12 minutes to Vermont Distillers
- 40 minutes to Stratton Mountain
- 1 minute walk across the street to River Valley Market open daily selling wine, beer, groceries, deli

The house was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked if you decide to make your meals there instead of going out to eat. Lots of room for families. Beautiful location.
