About this apartment rental
Beautiful & fully stocked Condo with Rooftop Pool, Elevator, secure garage parking, beach, & shopping all just a few steps away! This 3rd floor end unit is beautifully remodeled with beach tones throughout. This condo is on the opposite side of the building as Coligny Plaza so it is quiet and relaxing on the porch. which has seating for 5 at the table and 2 lounge chairs to relax, read a book or have a cup of coffee. This condo is also handicap accessible and is 1 level inside the home.
We live in the area and can be reached by phone, text or email if there is anything you many need.
Coligny Beach & Shopping is one of the most desirable locations. Walk or Bike to restaurants, shopping, music, nightlife, & the grocery store! Once you park your car, you don't ever have to get back into it until your vacation is over if you want. The beach is right across the street. On Hilton Head Island we have over 12 miles of ocean beach, 200+ restaurants, 30+ golf courses, nature preserves, parks, shops, Mini golf, and bicycle trails. Savannah & Beaufort is only 45 minutes away if you want to enjoy on a day trip of additional sight seeing.
This condo is Handicap accessible and has contactless check in. I will send you codes for the condo door entry along with the codes for the garage and elevator. There is a gated entrance to the parking garage where guests can park a maximum of 2 vehicles at no cost.
Our home has everything you need to have a convenient and comfortable stay including a well equipped kitchen, with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and crock pot as well as your pots/pans, dishes, even some basic spices. We do supply shampoo, conditioner, soap along with starter paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent. There is lots of storage, a washer/dryer, beach chairs, beach toys, an umbrella and more. Enjoy 100+ HDTV channels, free WiFi, a smart TV with Netflix and more. We are on the 3rd floor, corner unit, which you can get to through the gated parking garage. Then enter the private code for the elevator or stairwells. There is a beautiful rooftop pool and hot tub for your enjoyment only 1 floor up on the 4th floor.
There are bike rental companies you can rent bikes for the whole family and lock them up in the bike racks in the garage. There is a ferry that will bring you over to Duffuskie Island for a day trip or many other boat adventures you can do while you are here. Please see our guestbook for all the great things to do and excursions you can have. These can be booked right through our guidebook for your convenience.
N. Shore guests are also invited to freely use one of the ocean-front pools at Sea Crest(our sister condo) just across the street while enjoying a cold beverage & food from Pool Bar Jim's which is 1 of the beachside bars here in Coligny .

Great location. Beach just minutes away and they provide a wagon to help bring beach supplies. Beds were unbelievably comfortable. Colignay Plaza was right across the street which is amazing with all the restaurant choices and shops. Definitely will be staying again!
