The place was in excellent condition. The host was helpful and friendly. We were across the street from Coligny Plaza and the beach. Very convenient. We enjoyed the hot tub.

We had a great stay! The location to the beach and all of the Coligny shops was perfect. The added access to the additional pools oceanfront was a perfect way to break up a beach day. A major plus was the ability to use the wagon and beach chairs located right outside of the front door in a closet - what a great addition to our stay! Brian was responsive and provided great info on check-in/check-out and codes - it was clear and outlined each detail leaving no confusion. We also had a rainy day and enjoyed a few games that were in the entertainment center of dominoes, jenga and old maid - thank you! We would definitely stay here again when we visit Hilton Head in the future.

Property is in a great location with convenient walking distance access to beach, shopping, groceries and restaurants. Condo was a perfect setup with all needs covered. Very clean, with comfortable beds and an excellent balcony for your evening glass of wine or meal. Brian was very easy to contact and provided very fast responses to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.
