This property worked out very well for us. It was conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. It is unfortunate that there is not a view of the ocean from the patio though the view of ponds area is nice. It can be a little noisy on the patio since it is located where the two buildings come together when there are a lot of people all out on their patios at once.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean upon arrival. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I really liked that beach towels were provided and we didn’t need to bring them. The location on Forest Beach was great. The only disappointing aspect of our stay was that only one pool was open and very crowded with young children. I have teenagers and they found it difficult to swim or do anything in the pool that was open. The other pool that was closed had a deep end and would have been better for them.
