One bedroom apartment located on the top floor with stunning sea views. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. The bedroom has access to the balcony and has sea views from the bed. The balcony is large, open and south west facing, ideal for catching summer or winter sun. From the balcony you can enjoy views of the sea and golf course.

The accommodation was situated in a great location, fabulous views of the sea and surrounding areas. All amenities within easy walking distance. Accommodation was ideal for a weeks or more stay. It had everything for dishwasher to washing machine. We would definitely 100% choose to stay here every time the two of us visit.
Grateful for the bottle of water in the fridge and washing up liquid and clothes on arrival. Also the sachets of tea coffee etc.
My only small issue was that some of the utensils and crockery where not clean on arrival but easily sorted.

When we got there, after a very early start, our initial thoughts were the apartment was fine but not a WOW unlike the terrace which was fantastic, we had a few issues with the TV not working and then we put on a small wash and the floor was flooded due to a faulty washing machine, but the Folks at Duquesa Estates were brilliant and a new washing machine was installed and TV fixed in double quick time and we had a great time there, looking forward to going back again soon
Maybe have some small drinks available ie bottle of water, tea & Coffee (even if just a sachet).
Need to remove redundant cables from terrace
