First floor two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with full air conditioning throughout. Both bedrooms and the lounge have views of the beach. There is also a fully fitted, independent kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. From the lounge patio doors there is a small terrace with dining table and views to the entrance of the port.

The apartment is ideally located, very secure and a decent size, it was clean but could do with a lick of modernisation and a few DIY jobs, the second bathroom shower lead needed a new washer and was leaking on the floor, we did report to DuQuesa estates early on but they didn’t do anything so our kids used our main one. The mid week change of linen didn’t happen so my wife washed them herself and and there was barely 2 matching glasses so if there was 3 of you drinking wine they would all be different, also in one of the single beds there is a bedspring broken and piecing whoever was lying on it, only small things and easterly addressed. Didn’t effect the fun we had staying there.

Deberían de informar del tamaño de la plaza de garaje. era muy estrecha, apenas entraba mi coche, Peugeot 407... otro vehículo algo mayor de tamaño no entraría,

Apartment very clean on arrival and great to have it cleaned during holiday . Lovely location as opposite beach and next to port. Lots of cupboard space / wardrobes too. Felt like the apartment is a litte tired.... kitchen equipment a mismatch , with only 4 main dinner plates .. mostly plastic ?
The garden pool nice but a problem with drainage as very muddy .. which made the pool look unclean ... shame as a nice area.
Think the apartment could do with some new kitchen utensils/ crockery . Also ditch the plastic flowers on the balcony .... needs new chairs/ parasol .. just looks tired . Loved the location however and Duquesa. Net great to book with .
