The apartment could not be in a better location with fantastic views over the marina. Close to the bars and restaurants you are in the heart of Duquesa. We had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with immediately by Duquesa Estates.
The apartment requires some modernisation The kitchen is dated and showing it’s age The living room furniture is heavy and uncomfortable The airconditiong/ heating struggles to reach the furthest bedroom.
