La ubicación y la orientación del apto. El que tenga wifi me parece fundamental. También encontré suficiente vajilla y cazuelas. Algo más viejo eran las sartenes pero en general muy bien.
uno de los toldos (el lateral) no lo bajamos porque parecía muy roto y temíamos que se rompiera. La lavadora tenía estropeada la palanca que abría la puerta, pero funcionaba.

Good location, spacious apartment, good kitchen and tv
Air con was like having a fan on just blowing hot air, was absolutely sweating, if you there peak summer good luck! And I'm a electrician so I know how air con works!
