WHAT WE LOVED: - Communication with the landlord was very smooth, even for solving issues before and after our stay. - Impeccable cleanliness: The entire apartment was spotless upon our arrival, which we highly appreciated. - Fully equipped kitchen: It had absolutely everything we needed to cook and feel right at home. Even some ingredients and spices. - Fantastic terrace: The terrace was a major highlight of our stay—perfect for relaxing. - Great for remote work: The setup and environment made it very easy to stay productive and also disconnect after working hours. - Excellent location: It is located very close to the port (full of restaurants and amusement) and the beaches, and supermarkets like Lidl and Dia are just a short drive away. - Top-tier on-site facilities: The complex itself is wonderful, featuring great swimming pools, a library, and padel courts. - Cute personal touch: Hanging on the walls you can discover some original artwork from the owner, which was very nice.

WHAT COULD BE IMPROVED: -In-house Wi-Fi: While there was Wi-Fi available within the whole apartment complex, the internet inside the actual apartment was not free—we had to book a separate service with Cabisur. -Occasional plumbing odor: On ocassions, the bathrooms emitted a strong "rotten egg" smell. This was unrelated to our activities and seemed to come directly from the building's pipes. -Unusually early check-out: The exit time was set between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. This is exceptionally early compared to standard check-out times in Spain, which are usually a bit later and more relaxed. -Check-in instructions: The directions on how to reach the apartment could be enhanced. Adding photos and exact GPS coordinates of the specific building block (the building complex is very intricate and difficult to navigate for beginners) would be incredibly helpful so guests don't have to rely so heavily on the on-site staff to find it. -Travelling with pets: If you are aiming to visit with your dog, you must comply with a small fee surcharge.

Fantástica ubicación y tenía todo muy bien organizado.En la cocina no faltaba de nada y las habitaciones también tenían todo lo necesario.Por poner una pega ,las almohadas las cambiaría pero por lo demás todo OK .

The location is excellent for the pool, beach, marina, bars and restaurants only a couple of minute walk.

The noise from the main road but all other aspects of the apartment more than made up for this
