About this house rental
Nestled in the natural landscape of Andalusia, yet just a short distance from the port of Duquesa (approx. 1.5 km), our finca is situated in a wildly romantic garden.
Here you can relax and escape the stress of everyday life, while still having the opportunity to enjoy the nightlife at the port of Duquesa.
The finca is approximately 150 m² and is on a single level, with just one step leading to the sunroom and another from the kitchen to the terrace with the pool. It features a sunroom with a bar, seating area, and dining area, directly connected to the living room and kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, 4 burners (2 gas and 2 electric), an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an espresso machine, and a coffee maker for filter coffee. Additional small appliances make preparing culinary delights a breeze.
The Mediterranean-style living room features a TV with satellite reception.
Of course, free Wi-Fi is also available.
A library with books to suit every taste ensures that avid readers will never be bored.
For the winter months, electric heating elements are available in the bathrooms, a wood-burning stove is in the living room, and—should the sun not be shining—a paraffin fan heater is provided for the sunroom.
The finca has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a closet.
Of the three bathrooms, the larger one is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and urinal. The other two bathrooms each have a shower, toilet, and sink. The washer and dryer are located in the hallway.
The pool terrace has direct access to the kitchen and a covered dining area; there is also a covered terrace facing west and a partially shaded seating area facing southeast.
The sunbathing lawn right next to the pool is the ideal place to unwind on warm, sunny days.

The old well house has been converted into a sauna and is a treat for body and soul on cooler days.
