Nicely furnished one bedroom one bathroom apartment which boasts it's own WiFi connection and views of the upper swimming pool and partially from the marina and the sea from the terrace. Lovely view of the beach, the apartment was very nice and well equipped. The balcony overlooked the pool in the interior of the complex and was quite noisy at times. No fan or window in the bathroom, had to plug the sink and bidet as sewer smell was quite strong sometimes.

Convenience, apartment clean and modern.
For families not familiar with the area then you could compile a book of things to do locally/useful information. You could then duplicate it in all apartments you manage.

This was the second time I have stayed at Marina Royal, the first time in this room. The location is ideal, the complex is very clean. The room was excellent, had all the facilities I expected, kitchen well equipped, bathroom has step over shower and very hot water at any time. Really only used the lounge to walk through to the balcony which had comfortable chairs and nice view of pool and sea. Air conditioning very straight forward to use. Room was spotless when I arrived and had some basic cleaning materials and coffee making kit. I didnt go into the utility room but has washing machine. Bedroom was fine, comfy bed, plenty of hanging space.
Duquesa Estates were very helpful in addressing two minor problems.
For the cost, I cant think how to improve. Perhaps better quality towels and bedding.
